Registered records for Tournament Official Who Contacted Babidi before world filtering: death 1. Counts describe entries, not people or lifetime totals. Death sources include Chapter 471.
The filter uses the world where the event occurred, not the character’s origin. Distinct future branches remain separate entries.
Babidi kills the tournament staff member who reports information about Trunks and asks for a reward by making his head burst.

No killing record is registered in this range. This does not prove that the character killed nobody.
These notes preserve uncertainty or explain a counting boundary. They are not added to death or revival totals.
The wish excludes those who are extremely evil. Time of death alone cannot establish the individual eligibility of the elderly woman and man who were shot, the woman turned into caramel, or the person who gave information to Babidi, and none has been identified in a post-revival appearance. Their death records are retained, but individual revival records are not added. This does not assert that they were extremely evil or ineligible for revival.
