A revival does not remove the earlier death record
This results from the same wish to Porunga to revive everyone who had died since the day Babidi came to Earth except those who were very evil. It records the eligible people among the victims in the town turned into chocolate in Chapter 472, without asserting that everyone was eligible or specifying their number. Each town, the forces deployed against Buu, and the town attacked by the gunmen are separate death groups; this group also does not include victims of the later Human Extinction Attack, the people eaten at the Lookout, or those who died when Earth was destroyed.
