In a town he reaches after Babidi's death, Buu turns a woman into caramel and eats her, then blows up the town. The woman is an individual included within the same incident and is not counted twice.
This revival occurs through the same wish to Porunga to revive everyone who died since the day Babidi came to Earth except those who were extremely evil. The record covers eligible victims from the town destroyed after Babidi's death in Chapter 476, without claiming that every victim was eligible or specifying their number. Each town, the force sent to defeat Buu, and the shooting victims in the town are separate death groups; these victims are also not included among those later killed by the Human Extinction Attack, those eaten at the Lookout, or those who died when Earth was destroyed. The woman turned into caramel is an individual within the death group, but her individual revival remains pending because her eligibility and her appearance after revival have not been confirmed.
