Registered records for Dende before world filtering: death 1, revival 1. Counts describe entries, not people or lifetime totals. Death sources include Chapter 304.
The filter uses the world where the event occurred, not the character’s origin. Distinct future branches remain separate entries.
After assuming his final form, Frieza fires a beam from his finger and Dende falls. Dende's killing is also stated explicitly in the following Chapter 305.
After Earth's Shenron carries out the wish, Dende revives and speaks with Grand Elder Guru. This is not to be confused with the later wish on Porunga that transports them.
Kept separate from 2 overlapping aggregate records; this does not determine eligibility for a wish or any moral condition.
