Oolong explains that Ox-King kills those who approach the mountain, and skeletons are also shown there. In Chapter 14, Master Roshi rebukes him for killing, and Ox-King admits it. The total number of victims is unknown. The recollection, explanation, and skeletons are treated as one group of past victims rather than added separately.
As one of the companions who remained at the Lookout, Ox-King dies when Buu turns him into chocolate and eats him. This is an individual entry within the group record and is not added on top of the group's victim count.
Included in an aggregate record for the same incident. This detail is shown separately but is not counted again.
