Registered records for Immortal Phoenix before world filtering: death 1. Counts describe entries, not people or lifetime totals. Death sources include Chapter 4.
The filter uses the world where the event occurred, not the character’s origin. Distinct future branches remain separate entries.
Turtle says that the Immortal Phoenix died of food poisoning, and Master Roshi remembers it as well. This refers to a past death; the Phoenix is not revived in this scene.
