Android 18 takes aim at a wounded man crawling away and shoots him at point-blank range. The direct perpetrator is distinguished from Android 17's destruction of the town.
After returning to his own future, Trunks defeats Android 18. She is recorded as a separate character from the present Android 18.
These notes preserve uncertainty or explain a counting boundary. They are not added to death or revival totals.
Chapter 335 explains that the androids had taken lives over many years. Because these cumulative losses overlap with the recorded deaths of warriors and townspeople, they are not added as a separate additional group. This does not mean that there were no unnamed victims. Likewise, the explanation that Piccolo's death made the Dragon Balls unusable is not by itself treated as direct confirmation that the future Kami died.
